SP - 271 EP - 281 VL - 43 IS - 1 N2 - The question of studying and preventing the risk of suicidal behavior of young people in the current conditions of socio-economic upheaval is topical, since adolescence is characterized by sensitivity, maximalism, emotional instability, expressiveness, lack of critical thinking and the ability to self-control, lack of self-preservation instinct. Often, against the background of students' disadaptation to study at the university, due to the change in their social status and the emergence of difficulties in the complex educational process, students are vulnerable to the risk of suicidal behavior. The solution to this problem requires a systematic scientific approach and consideration of a whole complex of various factors that determine this phenomenon and their interaction with each other. The research methods included a logical-theoretical analysis and the following psychodiagnostic block was used as the main empirical toolkit: a technique for identifying a tendency to suicidal reactions; suicide risk questionnaire in T.N. Razuvaeva; methodology of psychodiagnostics of suicidal intent PSN - "A"; personality questionnaire "NPN-A" 02 (neuropsychic instability). The study allowed us to identify three main factors that have a significant impact on the emergence of suicidal risk among university students: personal, emotional, individual attitude to social norms. Based on the results, a characteristic of the leading personality determinants of each student suicidal risk factor is given. The materials of the article allow us to assess the severity of the risk of suicidal behavior among university students and confirm the importance of the prevention of suicidal risk in young people. The results of the study are reflected in the recommended set of measures of socio-psychological prevention of suicidal risk in students. © 2020 LLC Ecological Help. All rights reserved.
