N2  - In January 2020, the Centre Hospitalier Spécialisé (CHS) of Sevrey made its VigilanS system operational in the Saône-et-Loire department. To evaluate the functioning of the system and to describe the initial results, we conducted an observational study. Inclusion was carried out over a one-year period based on the analysis of medical records. A total of 134 patients were followed up for a period of at least six months. We studied the modalities of their suicidal act and their psychiatric comorbidities. This evaluation shows a strong adherence in the care of these patients via the VigilanS system, allowing us to consider with interest the development of such a follow-up throughout the region. It would be interesting to evaluate the effectiveness of the system in the future. Copyright © 2022 John Libbey Eurotext.; En janvier 2020, le centre hospitalier spécialisé (CHS) de Sevrey a rendu opérationnel son dispositif VigilanS sur le département de Saône-et-Loire. Pour évaluer le fonctionnement de la prise en charge et d'en décrire les premiers résultats, nous avons réalisé une étude observationnelle. L'inclusion s'est faite sur une période d'un an à partir de l'analyse des dossiers médicaux. Un total de 134 patients a été suivi sur une période d'au moins six mois. Nous avons étudié leurs modalités de passage à l'acte suicidaire, leurs comorbidités psychiatriques. Cette évaluation montre une forte adhésion dans la prise en soin de ses patients à travers le dispositif VigilanS, nous permettant d'envisager avec intérêt le développement d'un tel suivi sur l'ensemble de la région.
