N2  - This report presents the case of a young man of 24 years old with Asperger syndrome who ingest quantities of medication whose flecainide. Resume of his stay in intensive care unit, notably serious adverse effect which ventricular tachycardia with membrane stabilizing effect and lengthening of stay in intensive care unit.
