N2  - OBJECTIVE: We try to show the relationship between suicide attempts (SA) and clinical diagnosis, specially with personality disorders. <br><br>METHOD: The sample is composed by those patients seen in community in the MHC of Arganda and having suffered a S.A. The socio-démographie variables and clinical diagnosis are researched. These ones, when refer to personality disorders, were joined in order to find special characteristics. <br><br>RESULTS: We observe a great frequency of affective disorders, and these associated with personality disorders. Antecedents of previous S.A., depressive disorders and personality disorders are related with more suicidal risk. <br><br>CONCLUSIONS: Differential diagnosis with inpatients and dimensional traits are questionned.
