N2  - By using the method of spleen colony formation of murine haematopoietic stem cells (CFU-S), the effect of crystalized preparation of ethanol extract of Cordyceps sinensis (CS-Cr) on bone marrow CFU-S of LACA mice was studied. The results showed that the in vivo intraperitoneal administration of donor mice with CS-Cr remarkably enhanced the production and also suicide rate of CFU-S. This suggests that CS-Cr is able to promote the proliferation of murine CFU-S. by pushing more CFU-S from Go state into S phase.<p /> <p>Language: en</p>
