TY - JOUR PY - 2007// TI - Consideration of Vehicle Handling and Stability With Improved Roof Strength JO - International journal of crashworthiness A1 - Okcluoglu, M A1 - Friedman, Keith A1 - Mihora, Dennis A1 - Hutchinson, John A1 - Wiedmann, J. Effects of strengthening baseline roof structures on vehicle handling and stability are examined through use of finite element modeling, data studies, handling simulations, and handling tests. The results show that strengthening the roof does not adversely affect the vehicle handling and stability.
