Abstract

Chain-saw kickbacks produce facial injuries with predictable and consistent features. Although the globe is often spared injury, adnexal trauma may have serious import to ocular function. Lid injuries are consistently present and although repaired primarily, late revisions are necessary to restore function. An experience with six chain-saw injury patients is described.
