Abstract

Neurotoxic snake envenomations are frequently encountered in medicine emergencies. Here we report a victim of snakebite who presented with neuromuscular paralysis and respiratory failure, showed full recovery after effective treatment. Patient however developed cerebellar ataxia possibly due to delayed neurotoxicity of venom.
