Abstract

This article presents the case of a young woman of 26, mental age 9, who has been in an institution for the feebleminded since childhood. The girl, diagnosed with the conditions of lameness, hysterical contractures, anesthesia, and hyperesthesia lasting four years, due to slight injury; completely recovered after three days of treatment by suggestion.
