Abstract

In
 a
 previous
 issue
 of
 this
 journal
 (Volume
 16
 number
 2)
 Morton
 and
 Mees
 presented
 an
 analysis
 and
 an
 argument
 that
 cast
 doubt
 on
 the
 validity
 of
 behavioral
 change
 modification
 as
 practiced
 in
 Europe
 and
 Australia.
 This
 paper
 rejects
 the
 Morton
 and
 Mees
 criticisms
 and
 asserts
 the
 statistical
 robustness
 and
 policy
effectiveness of so-called Travel-Smart interventions and solutions.
