Abstract

What I consider to be crises in school are as follows: Violence and bullying in classes, not having friends in classes, over working teachers, not being able to catch up on their work, not being able to keep up with classes, failing tests, insufficient good teachers and not playing an important role in their society. My proposal to these crises. Teachers must have warm-hearted communication with these students. Teachers must spare their time to chat with these students drinking some soft drinks. Love is the best medicine for these students and teachers. Warm-hearted communication is the best medicine both to mind and body. The best answers are positive regard, thoughtfulness and quick responding to the students with problems. Team teaching in class is the warm-hearted system for these slow learners. School counselors and school social workers should be warm-hearted staff members for these students, teachers and principals.
