Abstract

Skeletal muscle atrophy was developed in elderly people, and it was related to falls and fractures. Muscle weakness decreased physical function and daily activity. Many study demonstrated exercise program prevented fall in elderly. To prevent falls and fractures in elderly, improvement of muscle strength is important.
