Abstract

Interrelation features of professionally important psychophysiological qualities for candidates to flying training with a different suitability level were studied in research by means of the factorial analysis. It is revealed that the factorial structure of psychophysiological qualities for persons with a various suitability degree to flying work differs appreciably, that has allowed to allocate the characteristics determining a "suitability" and "unfit" degree to professional work. The two-stage and one-stage procedures of professional psychophysiological selection, and also those realizations of initial selection and monitoring of adjunct pilot's psychophysiological functions which are taking into account the purposes, technologies and opportunities of the selection organization in the given establishment are offered.
