The report was written by Philip Gounev and Tihomir Bezlov of the Center for the Study of Democracy, CSD (Project 1 EOOD). Additional input and research support was provided by CSD experts Alexander Stoyanov, Dr. Andrey Nonchev, Nikolai Tagarov, Kamelia Dimitrova, Ruth van Leeuwen, Marina Tzvetkova, Boyko Todorov, and Mois Faion.
