Abstract

The author discusses the criminal justice administration for the juveniles related to the trial venue and sentence at the prosecution. The higher courts in Wales and England stated that the accused youth under 18-years-old must be judged in the youth court, with an exemption to those with grave crimes. An overview of the summary trial for adult and juvenile under the provision of Magistrates' Courts Act (MCA) is discussed.
