Abstract

The article offers brief information on the definition, history, and benefits of the reproductive justice, which constitutes a framework for legal action of women's reproductive rights at the global level. Topics discussed include movement for social justice, reproductive justice activists, and transnational feminists. It informs that the reproductive justice protects against violence against women including sexual assault, trafficking, and prostitution under the Defense of Marriage Act.
