Abstract

In recent years,the violent terrorist attacks have been constantly "upgraded". Good cases in point are the events of "8·19'and "2 ·14 ",both of which are the terrorist attacks on the armed patrol in border areas.With extreme violence and severe political influence,they have seriously damaged the social order in the border areas and the safety of people's life and property. Therefore,rational,favorable and restraint measures should be taken in counter attacks. Analyzing the violent attacks,and summarizing the main features of counter attacks,this paper puts forward disposal processes and concrete disposal measures,and explains related preventive measures,hoping to provide some references for the research on armed patrols against attacks in border areas,so as to maintain the order of border areas and protect the safety of people's life and property to the utmost.

目的了解株洲市某医学院校学生暴力遭遇的现状及流行特征,为暴力预防和干预提供依据。方法对株洲市某医学院校学生在过去1年的暴力遭遇及其相关情况进行调查,然后对调查结果进行流行病学分析。结果该调查共发放问卷1 780份,回收有效问卷1 620份,有效应答率为91.01%。过去1年的暴力遭遇发生人数249人,发生率为15.37%;其中精神暴力发生率为10.68%(173/1 620);躯体暴力遭遇发生率为7.96%(129/1 620);性暴力遭遇发生率为2.65%(43/1 620)。暴力遭遇的发生场所主要在校园内,来源主要为同学、校友,原因主要为惹怒对方,伤害后果主要是心理伤害,暴力遭遇后的大部分学生会告诉同学。在发生暴力遭遇大学生中有39.80%(99/249)的学生在过去1年对他人施加过暴力。结论医学院校学生暴力遭遇发生率较高,因此须采取措施进行有效预防和干预。
