Abstract

This paper reports the results of a series of fire tests to measure the effectiveness of a 1% aqueous film forming foam (AFFF) concentrate against flammable hydrocarbon fires when applied through conventional, automatic, wet-pipe sprinkler systems using closed sprinklers.
