Abstract

I was interested to read the paper authored by Seno et al. [1] which is published in Journal of Clinical Neuroscience in June 2019. The authors aimed to determine the factors associated with poor prognosis in very elderly patients aged 75 years or older with mild traumatic brain injury (TBI) in a single hospital in Japan. Although the results of the study are very interesting, however, it seems that several statistical and methodological issues should be considered when interpreting the results.
