Abstract

Using the resistance method increases the ability to exert force. Strength training programs do not have a negative effect on muscle growth or the cardiovascular system. By observing the resistance training programs that children can significantly improve muscle strength without harmful secondary effects on the muscles, connective tissue, bones or organs. Research methods: Free weights, the individuals own body weight, machines, other devices (elastic bands, medicine balls).
