Abstract

Nowadays most available government emergency response systems are designed basing on C / S or B/S which function limited within information broadcasting, updating and constituting emergency predict scheme. However, people should pay more attention on how to control and answer up outburst public emergency. This paper did some research on designing the emergency response system based on Grid and discusses a scheme which includes government emergency response system and underlying response subsystems. System real time center should receive all kinds of information immediately, and keep closely touch with enforce departments; meanwhile, each subsystem should update real time information and take a bridge between system center and related departments. The scheme in this paper is an integration solution for emergency response and can preferably resolve government emergency transaction processing problems.
