Abstract

In order to improve the operational skills and safety of employees during operations, reduce unsafe behaviors of employees, and lower accident rates, standard operating procedures for posts in the coal industry were analyzed. On the basis of business optimization, hierarchical authorization management was adopted. Autonomous procedure editing tools were realized, and standard operating procedures were integrated with pre-control of post-related risks. In addition, a procedure sub-library was established, and functions of learning, application, and evaluation during procedure management were improved. As a result, an integrated platform of standard operating procedures for posts in the coal industry was built. The results show that management functions such as editing, publishing, application, inspection, and evaluation of standard operating procedures can be integrated. Furthermore, it is conducive to the in-depth application of standard operating procedures for posts and helps to improve work safety management levels in coal mine enterprises. © 2023 Zhongguo Zhongyi Yanjiuyuan.
