Abstract

In order to solve traffic safety problem caused by track irregularity in China's rail transit, dynamic detection technology and method of track irregularity were adopted to detect the track parameters such as track wave abrasion. Firstly, current track irregularity dynamic detection technology was discussed. Then, combining with practical engineering application, laser displacement detection technology was systematically studied and described by the string measurement method for short-wave irregularity of orbit surface (rail corrugation) in the vertical irregularity of orbit. The results show that grinding parameters through acquisition, processing and feedback, orbital wave and location information, can be found that smooth track conditions adverse site, evaluating track state, on-site grinding strategy, operating plan, thus to improve working efficiency of orbital repair construction site, and can assess rail grinding repair effect, lay a foundation for intelligent polishing. © 2019 China Safety Science Journal
