Abstract

In order to effectively control risk of construction quality and guarantee quality and safety, an importance analysis method based on QFD and intuitionistic fuzzy set was proposed. Firstly, QFD method was used to fully identify engineering quality characteristics(EQC) and construction quality risk factors (CQRF). Secondly, a subjective and objective combination weight model was constructed based on G1 method and entropy value method. Then, a comprehensive importance evaluation model of risk factors in fuzzy environment was developed on the basis of fuzzy language terms and intuitionistic fuzzy sets. Finally, the model was applied to analyze basic importance of EQC, that of risk factors and their correlation degree, and comprehensive importance of risk factors was determined in construction process of Yalin section of Sichuan-Tibet railway. The results show that QFD method can define key influencing of CQRF, and scientific management and control in construction of Yalin section should focus on four aspects: comprehensive quality of constructors, quality inspection and control of engineering materials, construction difficulty and complex geological conditions. © 2020 China Safety Science Journal.
