Abstract

In order to change the existing work safety management featuring passive defense in oil and gas enterprises, a proactive and problem-finding methodology was needed. Furthermore, scientific and reasonable management and control should be carried out through information technology management. The following items were studied, including risk ranking prevention and control system, hazard investigation and management system, and emergency communication system. These items were integrated with modules, such as standardization of risk and hazard data, establishment of all-element grid monitoring, construction of safety eye project and smart operation sites, and research on normalization and wartime emergency management. Finally, an integrated management and control system based on open-source Docker + K8S technical route was established. Open microservices, operation and maintenance framework, and other technologies were adopted. The results show that on the one hand, the proposed system relies on standardized risk identification, digital risk evaluation, and standardized risk ranking prevention and control. On the other hand, it is based on refined hazard investigation and management, smart operation sites, and process-oriented emergency communication mechanisms. In addition, a technical route or management mode is explored. The mode is suitable for the integrated management of operation risks in oil and gas fields. Furthermore, intelligent management and control methods are deployed to build an ″oil and gas field brain″ and strengthen oilfield safety and environmental protection. © 2022 China Safety Science Journal.
