Abstract

This article describes the use of a guided fantasy technique that may be used as crisis intervention with certain suicidal individuals. The technique allows sufferers to experience their suicide symbolically, to ventilate and to communicate to the intervener the content, feeling, and meaning of their crisis. © 2003 by The Haworth Press, Inc.
