Abstract

Accidents by domestic animals are very common in any agriculture based country. In India more than 75% people still earn their livelihood by farming and agriculture. Animals are our best friends since ancient time but at times these become dangerous to human being All such injuries are discussed in this paper Death due to animal attack is an unnatural death, which may be related to accident, homicide or suicide. The damage inflicted by animal attack may appear as due to heinous acts of criminals or in order to obliterate or conceal their crimes they may leave the body to the animals for mutilation. Majority of such incidents are mainly accidental in nature but crimes can be committed by using animal as a crime weapon.
