Abstract

From a practice of Forensic assessment, the author shows that violence towards children can be organised according to four key clinical levels. These constitute the contrasted poles of two structural axis organized around narcissistic disorders and the "melancholisation" of the social bond. The structural levels very often, if not most of the time, escape the classical analysis inter-related with the French Penal code 122 (relating to penal irresponsibility).
