Abstract

Urethral carcinomas are rare cancers, so there are no definite recommendations and a unified approach in their diagnosis and treatment. We present a patient with invasive urothelial carcinoma of the prostate urethra, in whom, due to severe psychological trauma and unsuccessful suicide attempt after diagnosis, the initial decision for radical surgical treatment was changed. CyberKnife radiation therapy and immunotherapy with a very good therapeutic response were administered. © 2021 The Authors
