A stratified random sample of 426 students was taken from 12 secondary school in Alexandria, Egypt. A self report questionnaire containing demographic data, and some associated factors with suicide, Affiliation Scale, Taylor Anxiety Inventory and Adolescent Attitude Towards Suicide Scale were applied to the selected sample. High anxiety scores and family history of chronic orgaic illness were considered as associated factors with risky attitude toward suicide.
