Abstract

The authors studied influence of diuretics (Hypothiazide, Brinaldix, Triampur, Verospiron) on psychophysiologic occupationally important features of 44 engine drivers suffering from arterial hypertension stage I and II. Findings are that Hypothiazide and Verospiron suppress psychophysiologic occupationally important features. Triampur and Brinaldix have no negative influence on these functions and could be recommended for supportive (at workplace) antihypertensive therapy.
