Abstract

The past four decades have seen Jew Western publications on the dimensions of China's public security offences (PSOs). Starting from the relevant Interpol data, this paper presents some comparative analyses regarding the characteristics of PSOs and discusses the considerable impact of these administrative offences' on China's crime rates.
