Abstract

The aim of this study is to highlight the presence and the necessity of moral education in an athlete's training, as reflected into attitudes and behaviors of fair play. Working hypothesis: performance athletes and high performance athletes realize that moral training is important for high level sports. The research aimed at highlighting the importance of moral training for performance athletes. In order to investigate the athletes' views, we have developed a self-assessment questionnaire focused on their personal moral training (PMT). The analysis and interpretation of results confirmed our hypothesis.
