Abstract

A seminar on alcohol, drugs and traffic safety in developing countries was held as an integral part of the conference. The aim of the seminar was to let the participants discuss the problems specific to their countries together with experts from other countries. The alcohol and drug situation related to traffic was reviewed. Countries discussed were India, Pakistan, Mexico, Kenya, Egypt, Sri Lanka, Senegal and Indonesia. (TRRL)
