Abstract

This is a summary review stating how questions of tort liability and insurance are settled according to law and insurance conditions when the driver of a motor vehicle involved in a collision on the occasion was drunk. The study intends to cover the countries included in the so called green card system for motor third party insurance. The review is intended to be completed with a more detailed report regarding the corresponding rules of the Swedish road accident act. (TRRL)
