Abstract

The "accomplishment record" method represents a semi-quantitative assessment based on self-reported descriptions of accomplishments in highly relevant, behavioral dimensions of risk management and control. It can be used by managers and by enforcement agencies in conjunction with regulatory regimes aimed at mobilizing and challenging the initiative of the industry.
