Abstract

Seven training experiments involving professionals with different roles in the company highlighted the main bases and targets of this type of training for various people (for example, engineers, designers, security staff, managers, etc.). The training is directed towards diagnosis of the work activity which, ideally, leads to the transformation of work situations. The main bases of this training, for which studies "in the field" are always undertaken, are explained. The educational content and means used highlight, in particular, how the instructors manage to take into account the socio-professional diversity of a group along with the underlying professional rationalities and how they count on these differences in order to reach their target.
