Abstract

Elder abuse is best portrayed through the circumstances and viewpoints of its most involved parties-the victims and perpetrators of this problem. Three case studies provide a glimpse into elder abuse across rural and urban settings. Collectively they depict multiple abuse forms and consequences as well as differing family and cultural dynamics.
