Abstract

I reported on the domestic violence in the preceding bulletin. Domestic violence is a crime and infringement of women's rights. Recently, the relations between domestic violence and child abuse are studied. The law for the prevention of spousal violence and the protection of victims, the law for the prevention of child abuse, both laws are altered. This paper describes the influence of domestic violence on child, through the case of domestic violence and child abuse.
