Abstract

Experience has shown that in Nuclear applications the introduction of Human Factors makes a strong positive contribution if done correctly. Early attempts were made by specialists who did not know the environment that they were supporting well enough to be effective. Switching to multidisciplinary teams has led to resource efficient effective results.
