Abstract

The author discusses the legal aspect of male rape victimization and its prevalence in several prison facilities and gay communities in the U.S. It highlights the major case areas of male-on-male rape including provocation and self-defense and cites the struggles encountered by these victims during police interrogations. Changes to be made on rape law, which includes male victimization are also discussed.
