Abstract

Zero hidden trouble management is an important way to ensure safety in production. In order to improve efficiency and accountability of inspectors' investigation on hidden troubles, a kind of hidden information management system according to the needs of the coal mining companies is set up. Based on information theory and dual-track strategy, the system utilizes computer to achieve the goal of tracing workers who fail to detect hidden troubles and warning those who fail to clear the detected hidden troubles. By doing so, the possibility of the hidden troubles turning into accidents has been greatly reduced and safe production in coal mines can be guaranteed.
