Abstract

This paper reports on the fatal outcome resulting from the combination of three drugs--fluvoxamine, meperidine and temazepam. The fluvoxamine level in blood (5.1 mg/L) appears to be the highest reported in the literature. The concentrations of the drugs in various biological fluids and liver are given and pathological findings are discussed.
