Abstract

The development of the encapsulation of breath samples within indium metal tubing for subsequent determination of alcohol concentration is reviewed, noting problems encountered and solutions effected. Results of practical tests are reported and discussed. ::: L'histoire de l'encapsulation d'échantillons d'haleine en tuyau d'indium, pour détermination subséquente de la teneur en alcool, avec ses problèmes et leurs solutions est passée en revue. Les résultats de tests pratiques sont rapportés et discutés.
