Abstract

A relatively high incidence of abnormal drives in children and adolescents in the structure of psychopathy-like disturbances of various nosology necessitates the development of the criteria for their differentiation. The article presents clinico-dynamic characteristics of four groups of patients with structurally varying forms of abnormal drives. Specification of the differential diagnostic criteria is significant with regard to conducting early and adequate psychoprophylactic and therapeutic measures.
