Abstract

It is known in males and females in young age sometimes seek sexual pleasure by putting things in the urethra, in the vagina and over the penis. We report a case of a patient with a large nut [metal perforated with a threaded hole so that it can be screwed down on a bolt to hold together objects through which the bolt passes].
