Abstract

The article offers information on the juvenile justice system which became national court in early 1900s with the enactment of the U.S. Juvenile Court Act. It informs that the need of the court was to give protection to children under different laws as they are different from adults. It also9 adds that the court is concerned with the original criminal but not the reason behind the crime.
