Abstract

This article is designed to report the results of the comprehensive forensic medical and autotechnical expertise for determining the positions of the driver and the first seat passenger of the GAS-3110 car at the moment of the frontal crash with a KAMAZ-5312 truck. The comparative analysis of the injuries in two subjects one of whom died as a result of the given accident made it possible to conclude that he had occupied the driver's seat in the car. The differential diagnosis was based on the peculiarities of the injuries to the upper extremities with the predominance of the most severe wounds at the right side of the body. Also taken into consideration were the specific conditions of the given frontal collision, design of the GAS-3110 passenger compartment, winter season, night time, and possible neglect of the passive safety means, etc.

Представлены результаты комплексной судебно-медицинской и автотехнической экспертиз по установлению водителя и пассажира переднего сиденья, пострадавших внутри салона легкового автомобиля в результате фронтального столкновения двух транспортных средств — автомобиля ГАЗ-3110 с грузовым автомобилем КАМАЗ-53212. На основании сравнительного исследования повреждений, выявленных у двух лиц, один из которых погиб в данном дорожно-транспортном происшествии (ДТП), сделан вывод о нахождения одного из них на месте водителя легкового автомобиля. В основу дифференциальной диагностики легли особенности повреждений на верхних конечностях пострадавших с преобладанием более тяжелых травм в правой половине туловища и на конечностях пассажира, а также особенности условий данного ДТП (фронтальное столкновение автомобилей, конструкция салона автомобиля ГАЗ-3110, зимнее время года, ночное время суток, пренебрежение участниками ДТП средствами внутренней пассивной безопасности и др.).
