Abstract

Now a days, the number of motor vehicles on the road increasing extremely. Due to which the vehicle collision is an important phenomenon which is enormously complex from the dynamic point of view. Perfection over driving motor vehicle is not only the solution to avoid accidents. Many unexpected accidents may lead to the death of the humans. It is necessary to avoid these kinds of accidents. Such can be avoided by developing an appropriate and improved set invehicle detecting and automatic warning systems that can enhance the driving safety. Fuzzy logic is best suited to dealing over the products in a short interval of time and extends to multi-valued logic. It provides simple way to achieve a definite conclusion based upon imprecise, noisy, vague, ambiguous and missing input information. In the proposed work a video based moving vehicles are tracked using Kalman filter and fuzzy based rules are set to different parameters, i.e., Speed, distance, line of sight (angle) and edge distance on road moving vehicles to detect the front-end collision. The proposed work identifies the collision point in minimum time so that safety majors may be taken in time to avoid the collision situation.
