Abstract

On the basis of investigation on the current situation in the police interfering with domestic violence of Liaoning, the article summarizes the police interfering predicament, then analysis the cause from the shortage of public security organ, the weak current law operability, and the lack of the joint cooperation for safeguard legal rights and other case. Through the comparative law study in police interfering with domestic violence of other countries and regions, and Liaoning policing experience in law enforcement, it submits the relevant countermeasures.

在对辽宁地区警察干预与处置家庭暴力案件现状调查的基础上,总结警察干预与处置家暴案件的现实困境,从公安机关在机构设置等方面存在的不足、现行法律规定可操作性不强,多维联动合作维权机构缺失等方面分析困境成因,通过对其他国家和地区警察干预与处置家暴案件的比较法研究,结合辽宁地区警察一线执法现实经验,提出相应的可行性对策。
